Phone Support

We provide our phone support service only to our Premium and Platinum Members. As part of the service, we set up an IVR Phone system for your law firm customized for your law practice with the following features:

  • Custom auto-attendant
  • Routing by extension
  • Voicemail handling

When callers dial your current business phone number, an auto-attendant will greet them with your preferred message and will provide them with a list of options and corresponding extension numbers. Upon pressing one of the extensions, the call will be routed to a phone number of your choice. If you do not answer the call, voicemail will be collected and emailed to your preferred email address.
